At the core of the line is a precision-controlled cooking system, where sugar, glucose, gelatin, and functional ingredients are automatically dissolved, cooked, and conditioned under stable temperature and pressure control. The system ensures uniform syrup quality, laying a solid foundation for consistent marshmallow texture and structure.
The cooked syrup then enters a high-performance continuous aeration unit, where air is accurately injected and evenly dispersed to create the characteristic soft and elastic marshmallow body. Density parameters can be adjusted directly through the PLC interface, allowing manufacturers to fine-tune product softness for different market preferences.
One of the strengths lies in its flexible forming capabilities. The line supports multi-color extrusion, twisting, depositing, laminating, and optional center-filling, enabling the production of a wide range of marshmallow formats—from classic cylindrical ropes to layered, filled, or novelty shapes. Customized nozzles and molds provide further freedom in product design.
Following forming system, marshmallows are conveyed through a servo-driven cooling and conditioning section, ensuring dimensional stability before cutting. A fully enclosed starch dusting and recovery system coats the product evenly while preventing airborne starch dispersion. The high-speed servo control delivers precise cutting lengths with minimal waste, supporting stable output even at higher capacities.
Built entirely with food-grade stainless steel and pharmaceutical-level finishing, it emphasizes hygiene, durability, and easy maintenance. Integrated CIP cleaning system, smooth welded surfaces, and centralized electrical control enhance both food safety and operational reliability.
