2. Modular Packing
The production line is disassembled into different modules for easier packaging, preventing damage to individual components due to the line's large size. Upon arrival at the client's facility, they can simply assemble it like building blocks according to the layout diagram.
3. Customized Packaging
Wooden crates or pallets are custom-made based on equipment dimensions to maximize the safety and integrity of the goods upon arrival at their destination.
4. Waterproof Outer Layer & Labeling
The combination of stretch wrap and aluminum foil bags effectively waterproofs the shipment and withstands prolonged damp conditions during sea transport. Furthermore, we affix corresponding labels to the surface of each package to ensure a safe and efficient loading/unloading process.
