How to install gummy candy production line?

1. Arrival at Buy's site - Unloading 

When the container arrives, professional unloaders need to be hired to drag the machine out of the container. 

Since the machine is relatively heavy, care must be taken not to tip over.

2. Unpacking

Remove the tin foil and wrapping film from the machine. 

Check the appearance of the equipment for any bumps or bruises. If so, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Rough layout of the machine

According to the layout diagram, transfer the machine to the workshop and place the machine according to its approximate location. 

During this period, professional forklifts or cranes need to be used to coordinate the work.

4. Connect the pipes

According to the label, basic connections can be made first (do not remove the label yet to facilitate our engineers to check again on site)

5. Install SUS304 conveyor chain

Move the chain from the end of Cooling tunnel 2# from right to left to form a closed loop, and then lock the chain buckle.

The other three chains are also operated in sequence.

6. Connect the chiller

After placing the external refrigeration unit on the top, measure the distance and connect the external refrigeration unit and the indoor unit. 

The refrigeration external unit is 1 out of 2; connect to the 1# and 2# connection ports respectively.

7. Connect main power wiring

The whole line is equipped with a total of 4 independent electrical cabinets, and the wires need to be prepared in advance.

8. Connect air compressor

Each system is equipped with a main compressed air inlet, supplied by a compressor.
