To further strengthen workplace safety awareness and enhance team cohesion, TGmachine successfully conducted its 2025 Annual Fire Drill and the Sixth Employee Sports Day on the afternoon of November 8, 2025, at the company’s facility. These two major events have become important traditions of the company, reflecting TGmachine’s long-term commitment to building a safe, efficient, and vibrant corporate culture.
This year’s event was even more meaningful, as international customers and partners who visited our company also joined one of the major competitions—the tug-of-war—adding excitement, diversity, and cultural exchange to the event.
The event began at 13:00 with the annual fire drill organized by the Administration Department.
Given the characteristics of industrial production, the drill focused on strengthening employees’ knowledge and practical skills in areas such as:
During the demonstration, company safety officers provided step-by-step guidance on operating extinguishers, covering key points such as how to unlock, aim, and spray safely.
All employees participated in hands-on practice to ensure that everyone could “use it correctly, use it safely, and use it confidently” in case of an emergency.
The fire drill effectively improved the team’s emergency response capabilities, further consolidating TGmachine’s foundation for safe and stable production.
Following the completion of the fire drill, TGmachine officially launched the Sixth Employee Sports Day, one of the most anticipated annual events in the company.
With the theme “Teamwork, Joyful Work, Healthy Life,” the sports day featured multiple fun and competitive activities that energized the entire team.
The highlight of the sports day was undoubtedly the tug-of-war competition.
Teams from different departments formed their lineups, gripping the rope tightly as the referee blew the whistle. The competition combined strength, stamina, rhythm, and strategy—every member’s contribution mattered.
A special highlight this year was the participation of our international clients and partners, who enthusiastically joined the employees to form mixed teams.
Their involvement created an atmosphere of cultural connection and friendship, showcasing TGmachine’s open, collaborative, and inclusive business values. The cheering, shouting, and applause from both employees and customers added tremendous excitement to the event.
After the match, our guests expressed appreciation for the opportunity to experience TGmachine’s team spirit firsthand, and many commented that it strengthened their confidence in the company as a trusted long-term partner.
Another exciting event was the relay race, which tested both physical ability and teamwork.
Participants were required to complete designated running routes and baton exchanges with precision and cooperation. Although the format seemed simple, the challenge was real — speed, coordination, timing, and stamina all played critical roles.
Through the relay race, employees demonstrated TGmachine’s core values of collaboration, communication, and collective strength.
To bring additional fun and energy to the sports day, the organizing committee arranged a “One-Minute Jump Rope Challenge.” As the countdown started, participants hopped swiftly while colleagues cheered them on from the sidelines.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement, laughter, and friendly competition.
Regardless of the final number of jumps, everyone enjoyed the opportunity to relax, move, and release stress through physical activity.
This event was not only an internal gathering but also a display of TGmachine’s people-centered culture and global vision.
The international guests who visited our factory on the same day had the chance to:
Through these activities, TGmachine showcased more than just technical strength — we demonstrated our warm hospitality, cohesive culture, and the positive energy that drives us forward every day.
The interactions between our employees and international friends built stronger bonds and further deepened mutual trust—an invaluable foundation for future cooperation.
This year’s fire drill and sports day once again highlighted TGmachine’s dedication to safety, teamwork, and employee well-being.
The fire drill reinforced essential safety knowledge and emergency preparedness, while the sports day enhanced communication, collaboration, and team unity.
TGmachine will continue upholding the philosophy of “Safe Production” and “People First”, striving to provide employees with a healthier, more dynamic, and supportive work environment.
At the same time, we will maintain our mission of delivering high-quality machinery and innovative solutions to customers around the world, supported by the strong spirit of our unified and energetic team.
